Joining Talent Nation at the start of 2018, Nathan has been pivotal in further strengthening Talent Nation’s position as Australia’s leading sustainability and environmental executive search and recruitment specialist. Since his start, Nathan has successfully completed key assignments across Corporate, Government and Not for Profit clients including; Ambulance Victoria, Carers Victoria, Cbus, Great Barrier Reef Foundation, NSW Ports, Responsible Investment Association Australasia, SUEZ, Sydney Airport, Sydney Metro Airports, The Sunrise Project and The Wilderness Society.
Nathan’s career in the recruitment industry began in 2001, when he travelled from New Zealand and worked in London as a recruitment consultant. He later relocated to Australia where he became a key member of seek.com.au in the lead up to their listing on the ASX. Following a successful tenure with Seek, Nathan moved into senior management and leadership positions in the Australian corporate sector, managing teams ranging in size from 5 to 100.
Nathan is proud of the relationship Talent Nation has with their charity partners, One Girl and The Stars Foundation. These partnerships were inspired after seeing Paul Hawken present on Project Drawdown in 2018, which ranked educating girls combined with voluntary family planning as the #1 solution for tackling climate change.
Nathan holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management from the University of Otago as well as a Diploma in Business from the University of Melbourne. He’s a proud Dad of two school age daughters and a Whippet.
