NSW Regional Manager

Our client is undergoing a significant period of growth and they are seeking a Regional Manager to lead a growing 30-person business across NSW. You’ll be at the forefront of their vision by building and leading a high performing team that continues to outperform the market. You’ll work closely with your team to close business and consistently achieve sales targets within the region.
The position comes with a high level of trust and autonomy; reporting directly to the Managing Director and overseeing 4 Team Leaders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing guidance, coaching and support to ensure a high performing culture
- Ensuring commercial productivity of staff
- Business Development & Networking
- Running the commercials for the region
You are eager to lead and grow a talented team of professionals driving new and existing business across the region. With strong organisational capability and strong utilisation rates, you hold people accountable and seek to help them exceed targets.
Ideally, you will possess:
- Budget and time sheet management experience
- Executive engagement with customers at all levels
- Good organisational capability
- An understanding of what drives profitability
- Strong business development skills
