As a purpose-built NDIS organisation, our client is seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial General Manager to take them to the next level; this includes the implementation of a Direct Support Business Model.
This is a role of significant seniority, reporting directly to the CEO and responsible for the achievement of National and State business plan priorities; as well as reporting progress to the Board of Directors. The position will lead teams to try, test and learn and iterate new solutions that are both financially viable and meet quality and safety expectations.
You are a change agent with a start-up mindset and the commercial acumen to match. You will have high energy, the ability to inspire others and the tools to bring people on board to help with the vision of the organisation. With flexibility to adapt, an openness to receiving feedback and a keen ability to learn, you will be persistent and focused on the execution of solutions; and achievement of results.
Ideally, you will possess:
- Demonstrated experience as an executive directly reporting to the CEO/ Board of Directors
- Demonstrated experience in driving change, overseeing business transformation and change leadership; whether it be as a start-up or corporate restructure
- Demonstrable entrepreneurial and commercial acumen in a service-based industry
- Ability to challenge the status quo, innovate, and offer creative solutions to business challenges
- Proven financial management experience and expertise and setting clear direction
- A valid Working with Children check
