Market pulse: The Centre for Sustainable Leadership is on the lookout for a business development manager with strong commercial and business planning skills to be based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne.
Talent Nation’s Kate Faulkner says it’s a new role that has been created to generate growth in business for CSL’s programs.
“The business development manager will be reaching out to different alumni and civic organisations regarding the fellowship program and basically drumming up interest,” she says.
The not-for-profit runs an award-winning eight-month fellowship program for ambitious sustainability change-makers in both Melbourne and Sydney. More than 500 people have completed the program.
The centre has now introduced a four-month intensive fellowship program to enable people across Australia and globally to take advantage of the opportunity.
The business development manager will be responsible for sales and income generation, and will report to the business development committee of the board. It’s a flexible role (two days per week) with the option to work from home.
