Job Position: Head of Environmental Sustainability
Background: The organisation had a solid track record around the environmental performance of their facilities around carbon, energy, water and waste. They needed someone to take them to the next level and wanted someone with a track record in establishing and managing organisation-wide and multi-faceted sustainability improvement programs and initiatives. There was a very tight timeline as the role had previously been advertised and they wanted a handover with the incumbent.
Solution: The assignment was conducted as a partial search with the shortlist generated in 1 week. The preferred candidate had led one of the most successful carbon offset programs globally and has transformed the function at our client over the 3 years that he has been in the role.
